North Carolina’s Executive Order No. 183 Allows for To-Go or Delivery Sales for Mixed Beverages Until 1/31/21 (12/21)

North Carolina’s Executive Order No. 181, a Modified Stay at Home Order, requires people to stay at home between 10pm and 5am starting Friday, 12/11. The Order requires restaurants, bars, entertainment venues, personal care businesses and more to close at 10pm and to stop serving alcohol for on-site consumption by 9pm.
